second day and i wanna give up please help

took my tablet at 9 yesterday went to bed woke this morning at 3 54 to find myself feeling very weird then had a panic attack dropped of around 5 and woke up with a headache shaking generally don't feel well at all can't go on like this i have a two girls to look after

Sorry you're feeling rough - please hang in there, the immediate side effects of feeling weird/nauseous will pass quite quickly. I remember feeling quite awful after the first tablet, not quite so bad after the second, by the end of the week just a little tired.
