Hi I am new to this site and found it 'by accident'. In the past I was diagnosed with'post traumatic stress syndrome' following a period of illness. This resulted in the breakdown of my marriage. I had been living abroad so returned to the UK. I now suffer with panic attacks and am on medication. I hope this site will help me improve my mental health. Thanks for reading this.
