Hi Fireblade, cbt online is usually offered through your doctor. I tried it but didn't find it useful however thats not to say you wont. I think the group is called selfhelpservices. goggle it and see what you find.. good luck

My gp referred me to a free online CBT programme called MoodGYM. It's an Australian site and I'm currently working through it. Google it.
