I have been doing so damn well for about a month on 10mg of citalopram. The last few days I felt the anxiety coming back quite bad, last night I slept really badly and now we have people staying in our house today and I feel like crap. I have that horrible empty depression and my head is hurting. Literally don't know what to do anymore. Someone please give me some encouragement that it gets better.
