Yes it can.

My doctor took me off of caffeine and all other stimulants and I feel much better.

as above yes it can, big style,just remember the hidden caffiene as well that is in abundance in some soft drinks and dont forget even tea has it, one of the worse culprits is irn bru and coke

OH YES!!

I haven't touched caffeine for 12 yrs. That's not to say Idon't get anxious, but I'm telling you it would be FAAARRR worse with it!
