worried the cause of these symptoms

hi i am going on 11 months with these symptoms iam unsure at this point if they are anxiety or not i feel lightheaded and kinda like iam moving but not and off balance those are my main symptoms plus fast heart beat shaking and funny vision like vision slow to catch up or shimmer hard to explain
i also have allergies iam always little stuffy in one side of nose ear stuffy when i wake up went to ENT Dr 10 times he said not inner ear so i asked him if it was allergies n stuffiness he said no .
could this all be anxiety
test ive had done
echo ekg =all good'
bloodwork=100 % normal
3 neuro exam =all noraml
eye dr said bad vision wont cause symptoms optic nerve good
gp dr =said iam healthy
he did dix hall pike test all good
so ur all opions
olzzzz my symptoms eased up for 2 weeks came back 10 days ago iam real tense in neck shoulder n face n forehead iam scaared something cause and if it allergies iam fraid i always be like this i have yr round allergies ,my breathing seems funny to

Longgggg story short, I have the SAME exact symptoms you have and have been told the SAME exact thing, everythings normal. It has to be anxiety. I've has all of this dizziness, off balance, moving but not symptoms for going on 3 years now. Im constantly thinking and obsessing about it. im pretty sure its just anxiety. So you are not alone...
