My doc gave me 1mg of lorazepam for panic and sleep.

i also have diazepam, i want to take 5mg of diazepam now nut i took 1mg of lorazepam at 3am this morning?

unsure if this is safe.

Hi Janine

1mg of loraz is equal to 10mg of diaz. If you are asking if it's okay to take 5mg diaz now because you took 1mg of loraz at 3am this morning, I'm not a doc but I'm sure that would be okay.

And the reason why I'm quite sure that is okay is because I take 2.5mg loraz at nite and some diaz during the day!!

Remember I am not a doctor, maybe you could phone the NHS direct and ask them.
