Hey. I have had a pretty bad headache for the last two days, painkillers help a bit but it is putting my anxiety levels right back up. I used to panic it was a brain tumor, but now I am just worried that it is going to be a chronic or debilitating headache and undo all the good work I have been doing the last couple of weeks. What do most people do when they get a bad headache/how long does it last etc?
Sometimes these questions seem so damn stupid, but anxiety doesn't let you forget the stupid fears. Very annoying. Hope everyone is OK (and remember, don't google!) x
