I look after my Neighbours dogs a lot as she has got a temporary teaching job and they have been a great help to me in recovery from anxiety. Having to get up let them out and taking them for walks has been a great help in getting me outside again...........not to mention all the doggie cuddles and unconditional love that dogs give you.

So for those of you who I always say 'going to let next doors dogs out' or take them for a walk...... here they are...

Oh, what lovely dogs.

I dogsit as well Venus, for an elderly lady in my street when she has her church orchestra meetings! I also recommend it for anxiety. It gives me something to focus on and so much pleasure, company and affection from 'Roger' the dog!!!:)

Rex & Wooster can come and stay with me anytime and go "walkies" with my two spaniels - they are fab!

Dogs really do help with anxiety and the unconditional love they give is the best in the world (IMO).
