I've been suffering from throat/mouth pain for 3 months now due to anxiety. I am slightly reluctant to dry any prescription medication as ive worried about the side effects. Ive been using Biotene recently as a mouthwash which has helped slightly. Is there anything I could use for my throat, for example a throat spray? If so are they effective for pains caused by anxiety?
