Burning tingling sensation in fingertips!

Hello,
Since yesterday I hahve had like a burny tingly feeling in my fingertips, its like a burning cold sensation if that makes sense.
It dosent hurt but feels really annoying and its making me worried, I think I am making it worse by worrying but I dont know whether the feeling is real or my anxiety becasue when I first felt it I wasnt anxious at all.
I knwo I shouldnt be worried but I cant help it, ahh so frustrating.
Has anyone felt this or is it just me!!!! Thanks.

I too have had this recently saw the doctor who said it was possibly nerves and really not bothered with it do I try to tell myself if he's not bothered then I don't need to be. Guess it's my anxiety again!!
