Reflux & rib pain

I'm trying to get my reflux in control I started Nexium on Monday from my Dr, I have had this weird pain in my left rib and it's getting worse it almost feels like a gnawing pain, almost like a stitch it's more to the back of my left rib.. Is this normal?? When I'm driving I can feel pressure in the rib too.

Anyone have any experience the Nexium?
