HA and others

I know that my HA has saw me worrying about
headaches-brain tumours
sore tummy - stomach cancer
etc etc

but i also worry if my family are ever ill, and petrify myself that they could have something nasty is this normal?

Yes, I believe so. I have HA and I worry about a minor symptom that my loved ones have even though they just laugh it off.

yes ive had only this somtimes thinking that if say somthing was to happen to a member of my family who i love so much would it destroy my life

Yes when my kids get sick , my HA automatically switches to them and all of my "symptoms" disappear.

Yes, I definitely worry about my kids too much if they're ill. x

Yes my symptoms completely disappear too when its my daughter, its my hubby this time and im completely freaked out x
