Well i've had nearly a month on citalopram now and i've had nearly 2 weeks without a crippling panic attack and i've managed to take my little girl trampolining and done the supermarket run. Back to work next week nervous but ready. I recommend anyone being proactive with their condition, stick with the meds, take vitamins and try and get out there. Above all be kind to yourself x x:yesyes:
