Help Needed...

Hi... im really new to all this... tbh have never joined anything other than facebook. But am now at the point where i have had enough of my anxiety so have decided to see if anyone else out there is going through the same thing.
I take beta blockers already but have now been given citaropram and am very unsure whether to take it or not.
Could anyone give me some advice?
