cant seem to relax

[absolute nightmare]

Hi I was just wondering if someone could help me I cant seem to get rid of this anxiety I take citralupram? 10mg a day as well as other medication, for over three weeks now, i feel frustrated and dont know what to do

I had the same problem, I struggled for ages to relax but the tension I had was so hard to get rid of. I am on Cit and had CBT, when the meds kick in the relaxation comes with it, its just a horrid waiting game until that happens.

Meditation did help to a certain degree if your concentration is in the right place but time in a room with soothing music is a great healer.

Hi, I'm the same, can never seem to relax on my own and with it comes tense muscles and pain. Maybe you could see doc about upping the meds 10mg is quite a low dose.
