hi all im 32 and suffered severe anxiety to the point i feel im breaking down...always worse before periods due but most days have fleeting anxiety and its now to the point i just dont know what to do to help myself, i feel i come a long way then it comes back to remind me its in control...anyway im here to talk and meet like minded people
