Sorry if this come's across disgusting.

Is very dark brown stool normally ok? Sometime's it come's out like rabbit pellet's... Also it smell's really bad (but who's doesn't i guess).

And when they say coffee ground's does that mean little speckles of stool or little speckles in your stool?

Hi, the extra dark stools could be from a higher iron intake, like if you have started taking vitamins with iron in them. Or if you've eaten a lot of red meat, that could also cause the hard rabbit droppings type as meat can compact like that. I don't think it's anything to worry about. Mine really stinks bad too sometimes and makes me worry that something must be wrong.

Thought this might help you :)

Very colour could be anything, from eating liver. dark foods, eating a lot of meat.
The only colour you should worry about would be any colour that isn't brown :)

Coffee grounds refers to sick not stool:) just to clear that up for you. If you vomit what looks like coffee grounds then that is digesting blood which would mean your stomach was bleeding but once into the bowel any blood will turn black like sticky tar if its high enough up the bowel to be digested or any red blood mixed inside the stool.

Stool colour varies enormously depending what you eat - carrots turn it orange and beetroot red. any shade of brown from light to dark is normal with a few colours inbetween.
