to be honest i cant wait to get into the chat room to actually talk to other people allthough im very active on the forum i do feel better when im having an anxiety attack or panic attack that someone is there like straight away for some reason that allways seems to calm me down BUT im paitant so i can bide my time and help others as much as i can untill im there:hugs:

Hi Terror-x. i also can't get in the chat room it says you have to be a member for 5 days i thought i had been maybe i've got a day or so left. hope your feeling better now after your attack the other day at work. chin up..
