slight chest pain weak arm

hi guys
i put a thread on yesterday but i just wanded if any one gets a slight chest discomfort then i go very tired and my right arm goes weak like iv been texting all the time it feels very weak . if its anxiety related there must be someone elce who gets it i do have acid reflux as well and iv had upper back pain in the last few wks

Yes I have had this. I think the chest and back pain are due to indigestion and the weakness is due to anxiety.
