Top tips.. Lavender,Eucaliptus and orange essential oils- put it in a sprayer thing -good shake of each- with some water and spray your room lightly( or use oil burner) Bathe with candles. Be nice to yourself. Your disasters dont really matter. Remember a panic attack doesnt look as bad from the outside as it feels from the inside- you dont look like a loon!- just someone having an anxiety attack. Avoid loud/ agressive/ disparaging people- lifes too short. And... Ive been put on to a form of Tai chi style exersise on the web called Falun Dafa. You can access the videos free. They also hold classes in many areas which are always free! Ive found it immensely useful- you dont have to follow the philosophy behind it, but the medative exercises are great. Make sure you use the free downloads though. Susan.
