Stomach Bug?

Hi all, I'm just wondering if anyone could help me.. I think I have a stomach bug. I woke up at 4.00am today and had a bit of diarreah then I was shaking like crazy and felt like I was going to be sick until I took my anti-nausea tablets. I was in the bathroom from 4.00 - 4.30 then I went back to bed and haven't been since. Is this a stomach bug? If so, is it over? I will be travelling on Wednesday and I REALLY need to get better soon! Any info will help :)

sounds like one hun try not to panic and just think that it is just a stomach bug if it was anything more serious it would be constant its nothing to worry about x
