Friends coming from Ireland

[absolute nightmare]

Hi ya I have friends coming over from Ireland on Saturday and they need to stay in my house for one night and as i have not been there for six months I dont know what to do I am getting anxious about it already and it is only sunday. I had a break from CBT for a week because my counsellor went on holiday, and I am going back tomorrow for another go of it, what do I do about my friends? Any ideas x:scared15:

What is it that is worrying you about this?

It is only for one night. Are you unable to get there? Are you afraid of going or fear the company? Is the house in a mess or something? If you're not at home, where exactly are you and how did your friends get invited to stay over?

TYKE she is at her parents house, she has some anxiety in terms of going back to her own house, not sure if its the house, or fear of being alone and too far away from the parents.

Hi folks thanks for your responses its been resolved they did not stay in the end and nor have I gone back home yet. But I have come to the end of my CBT and it has been helpful now is the testing time with the anxiety stay at bay or will it come back again please god it does not :yesyes:
