does anyone else feel like this?

this may sound stupid but if the sky is dull and its a murky day, my anxiety levels seem to soar. i get scared to go out and when i do i get very depersonalised. does anyone else experience this?:shrug:

The weather seems to affect my anxiety as well - it gets worse when its muggy and there's storms in the air.
