Jumpy feeling in throat!

Just wondering if anyone else gets this and hope it doesn't sound weird but since last night it feels like my heart is racing and missing beats and I'm feeling like a jumpy feeling in my throat, it's the feeling in my front that is scaring me it keeps jumping x

I get palps all the time and the jumpy throat thing. it is caused by the palls bumping your stomach that's all. Try to sip a cold drink, or something fizzy to make you burp.

yeh don't worry it's all to do with panic your mind sets off so many responses to your body if you read the home page about panic attacks it helps so much it answered all my problems pains and panics ... its not nice when you don't understand, the body is a powerfull thing an the minds even stronger :) so keep smiling and shrug it off xx

I get a tapping / jumping sensation on the front of my throat , I think it's a twitch of sone sort.
