Anxiety group. Stockport

:)Hi there, i was wondering if anyone from stockport would be interested in coming to an anxiety meeting that i am thinking of setting up in the future. I had my usual app today for cbt and my councillor suggested i start a group for suffers in my area as i have been on the net and not found any group near me. Basically i am trying to get people to meet up make new friends and just generally talk about how you feel and share it with others.

Hi, I know this is an old post but I have just joined No More Panic and I am looking for any anxiety groups in the Stockport area. I have just started sessions of 1-1 cbt. Did you set anything up or find any existing groups?
