feeling lonley

not sure what is wrong with me tonight im feeling really lonely for some reason my eyes are watering im feeling abit upset had abit of a anxiety attack this morning:mad: but im ok now with that just dont know whats wrong im not sure if im lonley or not :weep:

I think that we get so hyper sensitive to our moods that even a normal type sad or lonely feeling is viewed by us as worrisome. A lonely feeling is part of the human condition and not necessarily a bad thing. Sending you hugs.

Know exactly how you are feeling. Sometimes that happens me after having a panic attack - it just seems to cripple the mood and leaves an empty feeling.
