Panic lasts most of the day

Does anyone else have this? Just as the panic dies down, another wave hists me so I feel very anxious all day. I can't cope.

yip that's me luv all day been house bound now for 4 days got headache and now its feels like my insides are burning especially my head neck shoulders and arms i think that May be the stress and coz my tablets have been increased x

I can't go out either and I'm finding it hard to look after my baby boy as I can never relax anymore. The dr upped my meds this morning so I'll see if that has any effect. I'm just so bloody scared of everything.
