restless legs anyone

hi does anyone else get restless less they are not painful just an annoying ache was in bed last night and they drove me mad could not keep them still and also got headache and burning feeling in my head and shoulder wondering if my period is due and these are symptoms of hormones raging or is it cold its driving me mad now x

Hi Emmi,

I got that a lot, mine is usually when I'm over tired and its frustrating when you're trying to sleep.
Sounds like tension.

Hi Emmi Yes I get this alot in my legs sometimes it makes them twitch a bit.
My anx is quite high at the moment though and coming off my meds onto something else so I've put it down to that
Are you on or changing any medication?

sounds like it luv had it before don't know why i am worried about it just feels like my blood is burning throughout my body very hard to explain x
