Fibromyalgia - scared about this illness

i got wet in the rain yesterday and i have woken up with stiff leg joints.

i have been anxious lately - my mind races and i get my words mixed up.

i looked up online and i am worried that i have fibromyglaia.

help!

theres alot more to the illness than just stiff legs im sure there just achey as you got wet. with fibro you would have at least 8 different sites of pain and the pain is awful just try and relax maybe have a warm bath x
