Hi there, I'm Mark.
I probably won't write much because I am exhausted.
I feel stressed all the time lately,
I've got adhd and although i am on medication for it, I can't really explain how I feel but it's like time moves at a hundred miles an hour around me, and I am just frozen still and living in fear all the time because everything is so fast...
I'm just not coping and I don't really know what to do anymore.
I can't slow myself down, I can hardly talk to anyone and I feel like a nervous wreck all the time.
I'm 24 and I have no job or money and live with parents.
hope to talk to some interesting people.
