Quick CBT - Meeting Sessions - Help Needed!

hi there, i wondered if anyone can recommend good place for cheap CBT sessions to start quickly, I had a major road accident, but after a few years things still a bit mixed up in my head. Im applying thru NHS but that cold take ages? Also i feel it might be beneficial to meet other people who have also lived thru major road accident, how might this be possible?

what you are asking for are different things, there may be a trauma support group near you that you could attend?

As for the CBT there are online sessions that your doctor can provide and they are free. Mine were in place within a week.

Have you been diagnosed with ptsd, if so please understand that there is no 'quick fix' for what you are going through, it takes time, patience, determination & and a therapist who specializes in trauma therapy to guide and show you the way.

I hope you find some professional help soon, I did & haven't looked back, i've learnt a lot about myself, all to the good.
