I know anxiety can cause fatigue because of worry and stress, but if i had anything to worry about it would have shown in my Complete Blood Count yeah?

Yes it would! The clues would be there and plain to see. Anxiety is exhausting because it is unrelenting.

I get exhaustion too, it's awful!

Yeah i have felt really tired today had to go back to bed for a nap however i woke about 4 time's in 2 hour's i just can't sleep worried still about the weight i have lost.

So maybe's i am permantly anxious, i was just wondering if anything was wrong i wondered if it would have shown in my Full Blood Count.
