i have been edgy all week on a evevning really bad all to do with watchiong scary film. to the point all evening i feel edgy etc. everyone keeps saying my dog would no blah blah lol,
anyway im edgy and want to sleep but im scared that if my dog starts barkiong in night due to beiong edgy i would be scared quite literally death and die of a heart attack etc.
anyone shed any light xx
i mean am i tgiking irrationally? is this possible?
PART OF ME IS SAYING ITS JUST LIKE HAVING A PANIC ATTACK OR NIGHT TERRORS
you dont get scared to death of them. i gues sim scared ogf that jump when someone sneaks upn on you it actually causing me to die
