Hi i just had 1.5 litres(maybe less i dont know) of squash that was very strong. not enough water. once i heard from a friend that to much liquid can cause brain hemmorage as theres to much water in body

I would imagine that your body would pee it out first, anyways atheletes and soldiers in hot countries drink fluids in large amounts:)

I think you would have to drink a VERY excessive amount of water for it to have negative consequences. Recommended intake of water per day is between 1 and 2.5 litres depending on your body and daily activity, and I know athletes who drink more than 2.5 litres per day without consequence :) From memory, I think kidneys can excrete water at 1litre per hour, which is a pretty high rate. You'd have to drink much more for it to affect your brain
