Strange/unreal dream like feeling?

Hi, what can it be and how to get rid of it? Most of the days I get this dream like feeling, everything Is in kind of yellow colours and like in a dream. Usually it's after several hours at work. Could it be as simple as lighting/staring st the computer? Feeling unreal persist when I go home but gpes away once I'm at home... And it never comes in the morning or at the weekend when st home just after several hours and at work... Even when I'm not stressed at work at all...

I used to get this. Would only get it in the week while I was at work but never at home or on a weekend. I had an eye test & I need prism glasses for the computer at work as the 2 separate images each eye creates are not meeting as they should which is causing the weird vision. Apart from that my vision is perfect so if I was you I'd book an eye test!
