hi i am new here. my symptoms, tension headache, neck tension, fuzzy foggy mind, anxiety, bad concentration, blurred eyes, unreal, not really there. help please.

hi luv its anxiety i get it all the time try and do something to distract your mind it will pass you just got to hang in their x

attempt to play a game of somthing read a book magazine somthing that will distract you and you will start to feel better that i promise you has we all have experianced it in one way or another Big welcome to the forum :)
