Headaches worry

So I am on Day 11, after having major amped up anxiety, I've gotten a little calmer but I'm having headaches, throbbing-like and I feel like I can feel my heartbeat :( I got put on 20mg and I just want this to go away. It's not debilitating it's just worrysome. Anyone else have headaches on Citalopram?

yeah defo i was on 40mg my headaches we're awful especially when my anxiety was heightend! ive moved to sertine now and ive had a headache for 4 days doc said it was the change of med, and if youo look at the side affects on your med it says headaches, so try and cam dwn and maye your headaches will too, try and have a good weekend and get better soon x
