i feel as though someone is pushing dwn on my shoulders like i have a weight on them does anyone else have this feeling when their anxiety is heightened?

Yes, this is usually tension. Sometimes I get a bad neck this way too. I find a heat pad or hot water bottle helps, or a warm bath.
