feeling bit chesty like im full up to my throat also like ache chest had bit of fleam last few weeks could this be start of chest infection or worse

I had a chest infection at Christmas and it felt like someone was sitting on my chest and I couldn't breathe. They gave me antibiotics and it cleared it up within days so even if you have one don't panic!

An app at the docs can't hurt!
