Edgy electric shock feeling constantly

Hi any one help?

I got s constant edginess feeling I'm laid wanting to chill out but feel edgy and like electric shock feel like nervous reall badly can't describe it other then on edge.

Is this normal with anxiety?
And can it harm me?

Any advice
