Waking from dreams EVERY night with pounding heart!!

Hi, I've suffered panic attacks quite bad in the night over the last year but thought they where finally going as i'm not as anxious as i use to be but it seems now at night that constantly wake up from what seems to be a dream with my heart racing......It usually will only last 1-2 minutes but this is really getting me down. I'm guessing it's anxiety related but what can i do to conquer it?? It use to be the odd night getting this and now almost everytime i wake during the night. It's getting to me now.

Any words of comfort would be great, to know i'm not alone :)

You arent alone. Sometimes I have most horrid dreams and not sure just why but out of nowhere even when im not feeling anxious and it makes my heart race. I hope you feel better soon.Michael

I dont remember any dreams but quite often wake up with same symptoms. Its my worst time for attacks. If fully awake i can cope much quicker, but half asleep its harder to get your brain going and use the techniques to control and beat the attack off.
