i dont like dentists at the best of times but to have a tooth omg i am so scared, the thought of the injection is sending me into panic mode bigtime im shaking already its at 1.30 my appointment im dreading it

I have a tip for you to calm you down and hep lift the mood when you sit in that dentists chair.... Look at him / her and the first thing you must say is "Now, we both need to agree, not to hurt eachother" also let the dentist know your are worries or scared... its actually very common for them.. They will then make the effort to explain everything they are doing step by step and what you wil feel etc so you dont get any shocks
