back ache and weird head

do any of u get back ache or shoulder/chest pains..and do any of u feel as if u are moving when u are sat still??[?]

yes to both. have you read the section on symptoms.you will see that many people suffer all of what you describe. also nicola has created a section in the welcome section i think entitled common problems. it tells you about peoples own experiences with chest pain and shoulder pain and the whole dizzy feeling or moving thing

also a book by claire weekes called self help for your nerves is invaluable for understanding all of what you mention and more
