since yesterday every time i cough or sneeze it feels like i have a big lump of something stuck right at the back of my throat, just underneath my adams apple area ( i know women dont have an adams apple but you know what i mean)
im extreamly anxious at the moment so much is going on and altho i have had the globus thing for a while its not been as bad as this before and im extreamly worried.
anybody have this at all? xx
