constant dizzyness n feelin weird!

every day i feel constantly light headed and weird i cant concentrate on anything and get so tired.

yeah i have felt strange like that the past few days.

yep exactly the same here. feel like i cant stand being in the sun aswell like everythings too bright. its kept me off work and i also have had a constant twitch in my left upper eyelid for nearly a week which is giving me eye ache so dont worry your not alone

Yes! Some days worse than others.
It's all anxiety I'm afraid.

I have felt like this for the past couple of months. It varies in severity depending on the day. Like jonnyf, bright sunlight really bothers me and seems to make it worse. Hard to believe it's just a side effect of anxiety I know :(
