My anxiety is really bad at the moment and I'm so scared I'm losing it. I was sat eating my dinner tonight and my kids where both on the laptop talking when all of a sudden I felt like I couldn't understand what they where talking about. The harder I listened the more i couldn't understand them as if they where talking a different language and it freaked me out. I started dry heaving and thought I had totally lost it for good as my mind went blank and I couldnt think properly. This lasted about 10 mins or so till I managed to calm down.
I suffer from brain fog alot and had so many symptoms over the years but nothing like this?
