Panic attack again

Things have been ok for couple of months up intil today had horrible panic attack couldnt breath doc has reduced my diazpam and me and hubby having problems with income hope this is just a blip

It could be that your meds have been reduced? plus if you have other worries. Try to think positive, easier said than done though i know. all the best

Yea think its a combinatation gone bk up on meds and money worrys will get sorted hopfully. Thanx 4 reply

Money problems make me anxious at the best of times!!
I hope things work out for you!! I will keep my fingers crossed you win the lottery (I want a cut however lol!)
