does anyone else that suffers from anxiety sometimes feel cold on one side and not the other?

While I agree that cold extremities are common with anxiety, I still think its a good idea to discuss it with your doctor.

If you find you are noticably colder on one side while warm on the other it would bring peace of mind to make sure there are no physiological reasons for it. Just for your own peace of mind and reassurance.

I have the opposite problem, I overheat and often find myself having to get-the-hell out of shops etc when I feel anxiety/panic rear its ugly head ... esp in long queues ... for the cold air. Christmas time is the worst :)

Hi Joe

When i first suffered from anxiety i used to feel so cold and would shake all over like i'd gone out in the middle of winter with no jumper on ... i never experienced it in just one place so it might be best to seek a doctors opinion

Take care
