please help

im so freaaked out...have had this headache for 2 weeks now that just hasn't gone. it's never gotten unbearable, just pressure really and tensions in my forehead, neck and shoulders. but just now i've had a sharp stabbing pain in the left side of my head. im so scared, i thought it was just a tension headache but why have i just had this stabbing pain? im freaking out......please help. xx

it sounds like tension and anxiety to me Sarah ....honestly .

the things we worry about like brain tumours etc have very different symptoms .

it is horrible ..........have you got a microwave hotbottle to put on your neck ? try a hot bath and massage if you can .

so many nerves in our neck and muscles in our neck that can get very tight with anxiety . and it makes us dizzy etc as well .

dont worry Sarah .............it is the demon anxiety up to his tricks again . xx
